It gets worse - Just got off the phone with Customer Support regarding my RL wife transferring to Dynamis under the idea that the FC house we have would be relocatable along with a Rank 29 FC with all the buffs and being held hostage AND taking our money to boot saying she might very well be unable to make a new character or transfer back to Siren because of their "congestion" which as I was logging onto Siren was at 8 people in front of me and major capital cities inundated with wanderers and travelers..


I'm calling bull and have no intention of "wiping the slate clean" and walking away from an FC that's been active since 2013...


You need to do better SE...
