The bloom effect on lamps/lights in certain cutscenes and areas is overblown by comparison to 6.0. It is so bright, it is almost atomic.
I tried to post this issue before but it apparently lacked sufficient information. So I am reposting it again, this time with my PC specs that I didnt have access to at the time in the previous post.

1. The ceiling lamps, table lamps and wall lamps in the Fragrant Chamber and throughout Gridania have overblown bloom lighting. The bloom is so overpowering in the Fragrant chamber that it is washing out the faces of the npcs and you can barely -make out facial features like the Sultana's nose/mouth and eyebrows or Kan-e-Senna's nose, etc.

2. Also the overhead lighting over Miounne in the Carline canopy makes her look angelic, and the light coming in from the windows in the Carline Canopy is also overblown by comprison to what it was in 6.0. It's very distracting.
