any way to HW transfer without waiting the 90 days?

Hi, I started playing when dawntrail came out because of my friend who's been around much longer. Due to the congestion I couldn't create a character on the same homeworld, so I made one on whatever was available with the plans to transfer later. Unfortunately am now hit with the 90 day wait time, since it's a new world.
Is there any way to bypass that? It's kidna sad to think that I could have just waited a month, or start over on their world now, and it would be faster than waiting two more months just to join their FC and generally having easier time playing together

Unfortunately, you must wait the entire 90 days, there is no way around it.

I would make a new character on your friends Home World if you don't want to wait another 60 days.
