Thread: Wherefore Art Thou Wandering Minstrel?

In case you forgot, in 1.23a the NPC “Wandering Minstrel” who gives everyone the infamous goobbue mount will…disappear!

When asked where this NPC will go, Yoshi-P made a short comment:

There are players who have been unable to login for weeks, even months, after reactivating their accounts, possibly due to an error caused by server mergers. With the lack of acknowledgment from the support team on those tech forums, are these guys just out of luck if their problem isn't fixed by the time these things are removed? Even if they've been paying for nothing for the past month or so?

After carefully thinking. I came to a certain conclusion to the reason why he is leaving. Prepare to be shocked!!! XD

Sometimes he gives out warnings about the coming of a new age.


On other times, he's back at his hideout planning on ending the new age!


And during the rest of his time, he puts up a disguise to execute his plan! *Dun-dun duuun!*


It all makes perfect sence now! We all killed Yoshi-P in our last battle. What have we done!
On a side note. The entire dev team is actually inside Dalamud itself. Controlling and programming everything from up there and buffing Yosh- I mean Nael Van Darnus during the fight!
