This is your first MMO isn't it? The game isn't perfect, but there is no reason they can't do something fresh within the same game.Developing a new Final Fantasy MMO could be the answer. The existing game engine has maxed out its capabilities, failing to implement the desired fixes, which leads to player dissatisfaction due to unfulfilled expectations. A fresh game might resolve these issues and potentially cater to the overlooked demographics instead of the current primary audience. Acknowledging the massive effort required to develop a new game, as a consumer willing to invest, I am concerned about getting value for my money. Like many, I am ready to spend, but only if the product is genuinely worthwhile. The current game won't sustain another decade; it has been pushing its limits for years. The developers have skillfully repackaged the same mechanics in various guises, making old mechanics seem novel. However, they are not new, and the facade is apparent.
What are your thoughts? Would a new FF MMO that delivers what we've been requesting be a wise move? I would certainly be excited to experience a new, updated FF MMO.
