I am completely unsure about what you mean by "requires fillers". Neither 2.15 or 2.08 needs any fillers at all now in a vacuum. I recommend checking out some rotation videos and guides linked on the Balance post-7.05, where they demonstrate each Meikyo window/rotation to 8 minutes.

Maybe I'm just seriously overthinking the changes, In any case thanks for the recommendation.
