Can Divine Benison crit?

I've been toying around with it for a while and I've been wondering if Divine Benison could crit...? I haven't seen any barrier go past a certain threshold, which means it yields a barrier for about 23-25k (Det. around 2800).

Since I haven't seen it crit., my question is why it wouldn't as it's a spell that equals a heal of 500 potency (like a Cure I), which can crit.

One of the main reasons why Celestial Intersection is better than Divine Benison is because the former can crit, which directly makes the shield stronger as well, which is also true to a lesser extent with Exaltation vs Aqua Veil.

WHM just gets the weaker version of everything because the Devs can't be bothered to improve healers as a whole, much less WHM.

I don't think it can Crit as it's just got a barrier and nothing else... It would need to heal and create a barrier based off of the amount healed like most other healer shields do in order to Crit.

it's would be like the gunbreaker second combo heal from 200 and shield for the same amount work on crit I do think it should work the same way but with a 400 potency instead

WHM doesn't get interesting skill interactions. Those get removed for being fun. It's gotta be basic. That's why it has like 9 variants of Cure 2.

Yet cure 1 still mogs them all with its free cure trait, all heals shiver in the face of the power of free cure.
