How dance partner works = already accounted for in rDPS metric
Avoid doubles being viable, BRD should be better dance partner = why exactly?
BRD fullfilling the ranger role = a optional theme is not really a good reason for any job to be higher or lower in terms of how much it brings to the fights.
BRD uses a bow = I don't see why that matters for a conversation about rDPS balance.
Busy rotation = buff window DNC is also insanely busy

All in all, yes the role needs huge buffs. But those are not good reasons for why 1 job should have (any significant amount of) higher, or lower, rDPS then other the jobs within the role.
