Does MCH needs buffs? Tremendously. Absolutely
Will it be locked out from PF? I mean people that will do it in PF are the same people that will lock M1S at i711 ilvl, or double melee, it's the same energy, if I ever progged this tier in PF I would avoid such parties, those are red flags IMO, content is tuned so that MCH can clear, and MCH have cleared this tier so I think its silly
