Indeed, the phys range balance overall at the top end is so messed up, if I had fallen in love with any other melee or caster job.
And put in as much time and effort of mastering it as I have done with MCH I would be in a much better place, but I freaking love MCH man.
I just want it to be good, I want the time I have put in learning it to be worth it, and while 99s feels good.

When I look at the actual logs, the damage I do is only on par of a 50-60% caster or melee, it feels horrible.
It's time for square to stop applying the phys ranged tax and balance all DPS somewhat equally, there is some top tier BS going on right now.

But sadly, if we ever see any sort of change it won't be until 8.0 as all jobs pre Endwalker has legacy design issues, granted not quite as bad as the phys range jobs
