Considering how many jobs there are in the game, I think side quests should give more XP if only to add a bit of variety to the leveling process. Maybe add xp for NG+ too. We’re going to get even more jobs in a few years.


I did all the side quests in FFXIV because I like lore but they are definitely not good for leveling.
