But it is not uncommon to find in a forest more than 1 tree of the same kind. If you enter a forest and see an oak, the chance is high that you find other oaks, too.
That's my point. He's trying to point at similar trees and call them identical, and then expressing 'concern' over it that it may be the copy pasta terrain we have in 1.xx.

Except nowhere in the scenes do you see identical scenery, and he can't see that because he's so fixated on the concept that two tries might look similar.

Trees looking alike are the least of the concerns about FFXIV maps. We're more worried about two road paths looking identical.
