You are literally praising visuals over gameplay.
We have apparently gotten to the point where putting timers on the ground instead of on debuffs is "new".
Lmao this community really will lap up any slop from SE.
I think instead of body checks just make ressing a limited resource like how wow does itI think the fights are fun and hard enough to be the first tier of an expansion, it is true that they're undertuned tho, you cannot be skipping mechanics literally on day 1 with crafted gear. We've complained a lot about body checks and now this tier barely have them and see what happens, they're extremely easy to prog and get to the end of fight(aside from m4s) so maybe body checks was a good choice after all in savage.
I think they're going to be like P1-P4, mid fights that were alright and once the gear kicked in they became kinda meh
I'm looking forward 6.2 as they've mentioned is the time they'll try to be more original and focus in encounter design.
probly give more jobs a res to so it's not all on the healers
It doesn't bother me, yes the DPS check was a bit easy and we managed to clear it after losing gear due to replacement reason.
I'd rather have a tier difficult for its mechanics than its dps check.
One positive point is that balance isn't as important, ranged can finally play MCH with a second range.
RDM and SMN have an excuse for being taxed on their res.
Only thing I'm bothered by is the time they forced melees or tank to disconnect, yeah I get Abyssos and Anabeisos hitbox were ridiculously huge but let us be creative with uptime instead of forcing disconnect. Thought to be fair, that was a few GCDs I can count on my hand.
Also too much "spread/ duo share".
We also need to consider the community is much better than before. If Deltascape was released today with the same jobs, it would've been pulverized. Same goes for UCOB or UWU.

This makes less than zero sense. Jobs were way harder back then. Of course it would be pulverized if it's released with modern braindead jobs.
Between Arcadion Lightweight and Abyssos, it just shows that DPS-wise they're still unexperienced at tuning that dial, so based on that feedback surely M5S-M8S will be tougher.
Will it be pre-nerf Abyssos tougher though, that we will see
Honestly as an ex-midcore raider, most of the difficulty is watching guides and understanding mechs from said guide so it would prolly just mean a earlier clear for me, but I do enjoy seeing world proggers and week 1 raiders feeling challenged
I think it is better they focus on something that is not just 10% or less of the playerbase, none offense meant, but go play Ultimates or something instead.
Maybe if they added a NM on top of savage, in which having an incredible rare mount spawn like 1 to 500 ratio and to be able to increase gear 5 ilevels above savage with 10x tokens or something as reward... that should cater more to that 5 to 10%
Where as you can only go as the least played jobs, so no best meta.
Indeed, it was a complete and utter disappointment.

I sadly think you suffer from the 'ye olden days' brainrot that is persistent in a lot of things. Try to take things at face value and you might enjoy them more. I used to have the same problem with WoW till I had that paradigm shift. Of course not saying the feedback isn't valid, because objectively the numbers were straight up lower and objectively the mechanics bear a lot of similarities, to me at least it was still very enjoyable. Shrimply my 2 cents.
The difficulty of getting pentamelded gear is literally irrelevant. The game is not and should never be balanced around having it.
If people are complaining about running in a non-crafted set and they're still skipping mechanics more power to them but if they're complaining that they did everything they possibly could to circumvent the DPS checks and it worked, idk wtf they're looking for but I know it's nonsense.
Let’s be real here the dps check is pretty mega ultra lax and could be a bit harder but the fights aren’t that bad and just narrow or windening witchunt is a pretty cool mechanic. I rather have the option going in with the not optimal combo of jobs before something like P8s happens again we’re if you didn’t bring gnb and drk or the speed kill group comp you lost around 2 k raid dps and bad crit rng actually breaking your back in the dps check. Also in general viper and picto in comparison have just the best tools they can have. Viper has down time tools that you can stack up too 3 while other meeles have no good range options and monk has no range option In a raid tier that is so super meele unfriendly in general. Picto has a 10 % shield every 90 seconds with massive mobility and the best dmg of all caster.
