The quote said that those are the classes that have guilds already in the game. The musketeer and arcanist guilds are both open and in Limsa Lominsa. This post Camate quoted doesn't mean that both classes will be available at 2.0 launch or that there is a missing class that won't be in 2.0.

Seriously though... We already have the guilds for Msk and Arn up, so it does make sense they will be the next out. It is certainly assumed by the community that they will be next.

True, cuz of blue parts :/ You mean not ARC (already taken for Archer), but its prolly called ACN then^^
But yeah, those both guilds in Limsa are well-known and is already old. Looks like, that SE has not enough time to make another third class instead of both or we could wait a bit then.
Good possible is that the fourth city will open (Is that long-waited Ishgard or just new city in the new area, defined as "Coming soon"?) and there will be another battle class guild for pet-class, etc.

It would be nice if the new classes will release at day of 2.0, so I can level together with friends, who come back to give second chance for 2.0 and I have all battle classes already 50 and there is no point for me to level another character.

I don't mind a majority of class names to stay the same, but can we at least replace THM? The class was completely butchered in terms of lore for the sake of BLM. Let's just change the name to something else at this point. There's no point in keeping THM if it doesn't have any similarity to THM at release. It's just being stubborn.
