Saved characters' appearances have disappeared after PS account re-link

Hello! Some months ago before Dawntrail I had to re-link game from my old PS account to new one, but I still play on same console. After deciding to create new character I noticed that all my previous appearances have disappeared and I don't know how I can return them. I wrote about thus problem to SE support and after that to GM in game itself but they couldn't help me so I was advised to ask for help here.

Unfortunately, the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums. Please note that the data should have been saved locally on your system. If those files/data were lost, unfortunately we are unable to assist with retrieving them.

What do you exactly mean with "previous appearances " ? All your settings are local saved, you need to transfer them to servers if you want to use them on other platforms.
If you create a entirely new character, you start from scratch of course.

If you can't access them from the same PS console while under a different PS account, that suggests that the saved appearance data is tied to the PS account. Because of that, you won't be able to access it from your new PS account.

My suggestion would be to use your old PS account on that same console and go to the login screen, then try to load that appearance data. You probably won't be able to do anything like transfer it to your new account, but if you can simply look at the settings you chose then you can write down your choices on a piece of paper, then re-make those saved appearances on your new account afterwards.

Even that might not work if the saved appearance data is tied to both your PS account and your FF14 account, but it's worth a shot!
