But it is one of the smoothest launch experiences in FFXIV compared to previous expansions., barring a few exceptions of course. The mechanics from the dungeons, trials, and normal raids are the icings on the cake. Will the smooth launches continue in future expansions? Only time will tell.

Changing resolution scaling from 100 to 99 makes it infinitely sharper. Not sure what you mean about the mount tilt though I haven't noticed anything.

Hopefully no more like this. Ill take the frustration of queues over the DC travel lock and being unable to see friends cross DC except on a dead DC that no one wants to go to. This is an MMO. Not a single player game.

The increase in server density really helped. Smooth as butter (at least on midgar) I havent seen a queue more than 100 even on peak play hours. Highest was an irregular time when half the server got booted and had a 9k queue second day of pre release. Compared to EW it's a hell of a lot better.

But that's irrelevant and only applies to like the first few days of an expansion. - What matters the most is the substance behind the expansion, not how smooth the launch was.
