FFXIV has never had AAA voice acting though.
There's no "soul" behind the english voices in FFXIV. Everything feels so lifeless and forced.
One can really hear how the actors are simply reading from a script.

But it is AAA quality, you just forgot the letter "H" before each "A"

can we stop with these threads already there are like 5 too many and they all say the same stuff. gaia online has better forum activity
time to hire movie actors for name recognition than actual voice actors i guess

Do you seriously not know Larian spent a motherlode on voice acting on BG3? Wouldn't suprise they spent at least triple the money on VA in BG3 comparing to what SE spent on DT. Either you're ignorance or you don't know what AAA means.
Just because an independent studio make a game means it doesn't it's not triple A, neither because a big publisher make a game it's automatically an AAA.
AAA is defined by the amount of budget investment, as well as the quality and production value. You're disillusion if you think BG3 is not an AAA game.

As always, I always think the people who come up with these things to label the people they disagree with, are more represented of the term then their opponents.Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dweller. Originates from a film of the same name. It's a derogatory term for far-right bigots, perhaps suggesting that they're inhuman, and, like cannibals, have no respect for the lives of others. And possibly that they're basement dwellers.

Guess it's true, you're never too old to learn new things. Thank you for the explanation. I didn't know either what a chud was. Now I do and I wish I didn't...erm...yeah.
Don't look back, that's not the way you're going.
Real answer from a good reddit comment that sums it up better than I could:
