Lvl 96 Healer Role Quest: "Unable to commence cutscene" error

Problem with the level 96 healer role quest; "unable to commence cutscene" error and therefore unable to progress quest.

■ Area and coordinates: Upper La Noscea ( 30.1 , 24.1 ) Z: 0.2
■ Platform: Windows
■ Client Language: English

■ Steps:
1. Attempt to cast Esuna on Befuddled Bather as instructed in quest.
2. Screen goes to black.
3. "Unable to commence cutscene." red error message appears on screen and in chat.
4. Unable to progress or complete the level 96 healer role quest as a result.
5. Multple other players around having same problem (Viola Lya @Moogle and Cyldianne Floeraskwyn @Sagittarius).
6. Logging off and on has no affect. Exiting zone and re-entering zone has no affect. Class has no affect.

I had the same issue just now. The way it was solved for me was abandoning the quest, and redoing the order I healed the NPCs. The first time I did it, Befuddled Bather was the last NPC I tried to heal, when I restarted the quest I healed Befuddled Bather second.

Known Issues

An issue when undertaking the healer role quest "Taste of a Toxin Paradise" wherein using Esuna on the NPC Laugh-weary Lalafell before the NPC Befuddled Bather prevents the subsequent cutscene from triggering, thereby preventing players from progressing through the quest.

* In the event you encounter this issue, please log out of the game and log back in, and ensure you use Esuna on the NPC Befuddled Bather before using it on the NPC Laugh-weary Lalafell.
