Role in need needs to be fixed

If I'm queueing as tank in need for MSQ roulette, I shouldn't have to wait 5 minutes, during which it STILL says tank in need.

If I queue as healer, which is ACTUALLY needed, it's instant queue, but I don't get the role in need bonus.

It just does. not. work.

If you obtain the bonus at the end of the raid it's working as intended.
