Role in need needs to be fixed

One thing that I think really holds it back is it updates pretty slowly. I've gotten over 30 minutes "DPS in Need" queues for normal raids.

In fact, it's pretty much normal since....When it rarelly pop a MASSIVE amount of DPS will queue.... So yeah, you'll got a long waiting time
