Severe reaction to SFX in AAC M2 Savage

I am normally quite sensitive to loud/shrill noises, but I have never had as severe a reaction as I did to the sounds emitted by the game during Honey B.'s Center/Outer Stage mechanic.

It has resulted in two near falls due to balance problems, nausea, a severe headache, and sporadic tinnitus. This feels like something that is either a mechanical/digital error in how the sound was created or implemented, or a severe oversight on the dev teams part.

I only heard the noise for maybe 15 seconds, and I have had symptoms lasting 3+ hours. This is a severe problem for my ability to play this content effectively and comfortably.

Hi, just want to add that after reading threads similar to this, as someone who generally doesnt have issues with high pitch noises, after paying attention it is actually fairly noticable and prolonged through the mech.

    This is defo an issue

If you have sensitivity to noises in the upper register, I would highly recommend a low pass filter on your speakers/headset to filter out whatever frequencies cause you issues. This doesn't just apply to M2, but to anything. If M2 is a problem, then other problems will occur. A low pass filter would be an inexpensive and easy permanent fix.

It would be great if we had more accessibility options within the game itself. My friends usually have issues with sight and I didn't get to play with some for months because of Euphrosyne
