New Blacklist Update Problem

i keep joining into parties with players that I have blacklisted.

The solution to this is to setup your own PF. People cannot join your PF if you blacklisted them. Alternatively, you can leave the party.

In the past I remember the system prevented me from joining parties with blacklisted players and vice versa.

It prevented you joining a party if you had blacklisted the leader or they had blacklisted you. This should still be the case.

What you can also do is just avoid party descriptions that will attract impatient people (1 wipe and kick type language) or optimization parties that will clearly be upset if you make a mistake. If you avoid parties like this and just join ones with chill language it's generally fine.
