The ongoing FFXIV PC controller issues

I've posted numerous times over the years about an issue that SE does not seem to want to resolve. Basically, if you use any game controller on a PC, and I've had multiple PCs over the years, there's an evolving issue. Roughly..

2.0-4.0: Controller would randomly continue input. So you'd run off a cliff edge or a button would rapidly press for a second. Issue does not occur using mouse and keyboard with game controller unplugged.
4.0-6.0: Opposite issue, controller would randomly become unresponsive. So you'd stand in something you don't want to stand in or miss a button on your rotation. Issue does not occur using mouse and keyboard with game controller unplugged.
7:0: The game stutters instead of having controller movement or button issues. The stutter COMPLETELY STOPS if you remove the game controller from the system and use a mouse and keyboard. Any and every controller I've tested does the exact same thing (tested 6).

The STEAM forums are covered in these issues and I've posted throughout the years on the SE forums, and SE doesn't seem to want to fix it. What happens is when a computer goes to see if any new devices are connected or when your system makes a virtual disk for any reason, FFXIV loses connection to the controller and currently causes a stutter. To reduce instances of the issue, you can go into device man and disable "Microsoft Device Association Root Enumerator", but it only reduces the instances, it doesn't fix the issues.

Other games do not do this, even the Dawntrail bench does not stutter. It's literally just FFXIV.

SE, please, for the love of everything, finally fix this issue. I can find other threads on these forums where people are posting about stutter or controller non response or over response issues. It's been 10 years. Please, fix it. I will post my system specs again, even though I have done so every single time without any resolution for 10 years.
