Please add Solution Nine apartment housing

As the title says, please add Solution Nine apartment housing.

My idea is that it could work like the apartments in other districts, instanced apartments, but over 1-2 floors, with a door that can open to something that is a veranda. Kinda same size as medium houses in the old housing districts. Maybe also smaller apartments, but bigger than the old instanced apartments, that aren't bigger than a room in an FC house. Both sizes should have the veranda. How the veranda would work would be that it is instanced as well, same instance as the apartment. But when you open the door to the veranda, a fixed door built in the apartment (with big windows facing the veranda), you get to walk out on a deck/veranda with a view over Solution Nine. The view would ofcourse be like it works with the Phasmascapes, so it's a fixed view, but the resident still gets a feeling of it being outside on a veranda.

To free up housing in other disctricts, you can make it so that people have to choose between a medium house or a medium apartment, a small house or a small apartment. But these small apartments would be bigger than previously mentioned, bigger than a room in an FC house.

The small apartments can be 1 floor, and the medium apartments 2 floors, but each floor bigger than the small house floors and the medium house floors, to compensate for the loss of the basement. I would love this myself personally. not sure what others think? Any more suggestions I might not have thought of?

The veranda can also be on top of the apartment, like every apartment is like a Penthouse. So you have some stairs inside the apartment going up to a phasmascape like garden, like the gardens in other districts, but these have wooden decks f.ex, and you can have plants and put furniture there, bubblebaths etc. Would be amazing.
