    Firstly Party finder already has this option with "One player per job" so it's not something difficult to implement.
    It won't split the queues for someone that does not select the option, they will get first reserve and may even end up with people that select the option for Separate DPS roles. It would work exactly like it already does with tanks/heals/DPS. its just introducing a new variable for roles, BUT the dps share inf the option is not selected, this is kinda how pvp works?
    I am not worried this would harm the queues time at all since its rare to even have DPS in need or lack of dps queuing. maybe at 3am? idk... it's just an idea.

    Who cares if you get the same in those dungeons? Those aren't extremes or savage when having one different job each matters. It doesn't take much, if any, longer then usual. And a lot of double jobs can work around each other being there.

    This might seem like a hot take, but at the end of the day, it's Roulettes.... It really doesn't matter... You could have 4 DNCs that all dance partner the healer and use devilment and technical at the exact same times, and it really just doesn't matter... If the content were anything difficult, I'd agree, but it's just roulettes... Changing the system to something like what is suggested in the OP would do nothing but extend queue times for DPS queues substantially while reducing the total content time by maybe 2%...
