They had to clone a face to give midlanders a stubble. Instead of adding face options they took away from people that many have don't even feel like this is their same character.

I love getting to choose between bust 0 (AAA cup) and bust 100 (A cup) for my au ra lady! Because as we all know, only tall women have breasts! /s

There's only so much they could viably do, but some limited body customization is probably possible. Add a few more bones to the character rigs (including in the posterior region) and give us some sliders which scale them along set constraints, much in the way the bust slider currently works.

I mean I'd like to see fat and muscle sliders even if they're not super impactful. Someone will always feel left out and someone will always try to make a meme abomination character. That's just video games.

Since every gear piece is actually our body+gear in one, if they gave us more body shape options they would have to go back and make every single piece of gear scale with it, and for every race individually. They wont do it based on that alone, its already a huge deal to add one new race. The amount of work for the changes we would like to see would be like doubling all of our current races in terms of the workload.
