We both are not very fond at speaking english, especially at phone this can be frustrating (we are italians and we don't recieve italian support, i'd have to call in England and i'd have to use skype to not spend a fortune on a phone call for a 7 euros game).

Is there a way to settle this thru e-mail or live chat support? We both agree to provide all necessary informations to solve this.
