    Buddy code wasted.. something still possible to save it?

    I don't think the format will do for this type of problem, i don't even think this problem fit this category, but i seriously don't know how to treat this.

    A friend of mine had a buddy code so we invited another friend to join us. We later discovered that he already used the buddy code on his same Square enix ID creating another FF14 account, and then cancelled it immediatly.

    I guess this code is lost forever? Is there anything we can do to transfer that account on another SE ID? Cancelling that account made the code unusable foerevah?

    best bet here i would say is phone they might be able to solve this, tho you're 2 buddys well need all accounts information at the ready plus the code itself...

    We both are not very fond at speaking english, especially at phone this can be frustrating (we are italians and we don't recieve italian support, i'd have to call in England and i'd have to use skype to not spend a fortune on a phone call for a 7 euros game).

    Is there a way to settle this thru e-mail or live chat support? We both agree to provide all necessary informations to solve this.
    A link to the live chat support would be appreciated since i seem to be unable to find it on the Support Center -_- Thanks.

    the live chat i never really found myself it seems to be very random at what times it up and depending on everything you pick, But yes try email see if they can sort it out that way, hope you don't have to ring them. but if i find out any more information or find the live chat i will get back to you asap

    Hope this problem gets sorted for you guys really soon...
