If you have Paladin at 50 it's easy. :3

You ride down till you reach the crabs, press "x" to walk, and walk all the way past the ghosts inside the cave where you stop, use "Hallowed Ground" hop on your chocobo and ride to the top. :3
It works for me everytime 100% as long as the enemies doesn't glitch before im past the ghosts.
