I am currently mainly a roleplayer and player event organizer, but I have observed the community's feelings on this matter and believe it's affecting nearly every group-oriented aspect of the game.

Not only are we as event organizers languishing with little to no attendance at events, long-time statics and raiders in general are being forced out of the game due to shifting waves of player congestion during not only peak times but also anticipated off-times. People are getting stuck between servers and the game becomes wholly unplayable at that point. I've already been affected, not being able to jump servers even on my own DC to roleplay at events or with my friends. I have a player event coming up that I am terribly concerned about, as most of the regular attendees are not from Goblin and instead make use of World and DC travel to come to our location.

As a roleplayer and event organizer, I will easily say that RP was the single thing that kept me subscribed to this game during the post-launch patches of Endwalker. If I'm unable to host my events, see my friends, or find groups to play with due to this change, I see very little reason to continue playing this game. People have lives and jobs. We can't all log in at 4 AM to transfer servers and then /stay online/ for a group meeting at 8 PM. These changes need addressed sooner rather than later before the mass amount of people unable to play this game the way they used to go find something else.
