I have never seen a 350ms ping to NA in my life, and I play on NA from EU. Not even close to it. You clearly have no clue what you're talking about.

I hit 200-260 regularly going to JP from East Coast U.S. If I spike, I hit 300. And I'm not even the furthest you can be away from JP. But just to show other examples of 250-300+
