Personally I'd nix the megaserver. I'm a GW2 refugee and the megaserver system kept putting me in the same world as people I've blocked, and they were able to still harass me anyways. But if Sqenix can work it in such a way that that won't happen, I'd be fine with it.Out of curiousity I checked GW2, and it's very much the same.

I think SE should start copying homework from both Blizzard (allow people to transfer if they pay money) and give us a megaserver like GW2 or a mega-data center.
I'm curious why that is, what kind of limitations cause that and so on...
Don't we already have a literal delete character button in terms of block functionality? You can't see their model or messages anymore- something that isn't in GW2. I also played GW2 for 5 or so years before starting FFXIV, I never had issues with people there as much as I did here. I'm sorry you went through that. On the bright side as we become a megaserver/DC there'd be a larger pool of players to pick from and you'd unlikely run into someone you blocked in DF/PF.Personally I'd nix the megaserver. You know, you're right. While I did have some trouble with people here as well, I've been able to more easily avoid them compared to over there. So yeah, megaserver system away.Don't we already have a literal delete character button in terms of block functionality? You can't see their model or messages anymore- something that isn't in GW2.
