this is affecting me visiting a friend on Dynamis, where everyone went to BECAUSE the other worlds were blocked.

I'm assuming you were trying to get on Seraph? I was surprised they turned it to congested until I remembered when I went there during prime hours and it was Uldah Balmung 2.0

It was considered the roleplay world on Dynamis. It became the most populated world on release so when Travelers come, they often head there because it already had the expectation of being decent population wise.
