none of this is the flex you think it is, man. "business partners" dude its an mmo. why are you making "investments" in virtual housing and doing corny entrepreneur stuff. take it easy.Imagine having nothing better to do than complain on the forums about empty houses that weren't bid on for 6-12+ months. Listen, I'm sorry you're too broke to understand how investments work. I'm sorry you're too broke to understand how much high quality decorating costs. I'm sorry you think someone that has venue connections, staff, rp partners, and business partners on Primal, Aether, Crystal, Dynamis, Chaos, Materia, and Elemental, that has given out over a bil to the community, has no friends. I'm sorry if I made you reflect on your contribution to any community and that made you feel some type of way. As a voidsent, I apologize for entering the realm of your brain, and sucking out all the aether there so I can live rent free.
Apparently you missed where Square Enix wants people to do these types of things.
Leveling crafters is an investment.
Purchasing housing for community events is an investment.
Submarines are an investment.
Materia for PvE are an investment.
People taking orders for raid groups that need day 1 gear is an entrepreneurship.
Artists advertising the game and creating content for players is entrepreneurship.
Half of the modding scene is entrepreneurship.
People selling levekits is entrepreurship.
People giving out financial loans at an interest rate on JP is entrepreneurship.
People renting out housing to venues is entrepreneurship.
People getting paid in gil to run content is entrepreneurship.
Courtesan work is entrepreneurship.
The PvP community that hosted it's own PvP tournaments is full of people who invested billions of gil to provoke excitement and recruit people into the world.
Gambling communities are entrepreneurship.
Do you afk in Limsa? Because you probably can't stand anywhere for more than 10-60min before you see someone that's making an investment or doing entrepreneurship in shout chat or PF.

I'm the person primarily responsible for cluster farming on Dynamis. When Diggi first started organized runs of fate farming/castrums for sprouts when Dynamis launched, I was the person that helped them farm for riding maps and extra income. That was a secondary reason I farmed so hard during the old beef with Crystal is because they were pissing off other people from Dynamis in the instance when they tried to deny my clusters or took over the 4th legion spawns. I was in DM's on discord with people happy I tanked Crystal in retaliation because they came to Dynamis acting like they ran things. Same issue happened on OCE from a thread someone made where people were doing hunts in non-primetime hours for natives and screwing them over because they were asleep. Same issue with English people jumping into heavy JP data center raids and not running things their way.
That aside, one of the reasons I liked the data center travel restriction is because it finally got enough people in bozja besides me to run Castrum ever so often and people without essence could brute force fates instead of blaming me for the scaling despite me spawning CE's for them to get the mettle back. Dawntrail was actually kinda lit at the start because the queue time was so long that I couldn't get all my alts in and invited random people to my group to finish the spots for free clusters. That way they could keep up with the trains that were getting ran since instances had 40-60 ppl and I found some people for my linkshell to farm later.
interesting....don't suppose you got queens rests for sale on dyna? lol Kraken.I am the one and only.
