[Feedback] Data Center Travel Changes

This change is a direct response to the community choosing to pile on one DC at the expense of every other DC, which wasn't an issue at Endwalker's launch since DC travel didn't exist. If you want to be mad at someone be mad at everyone who participated in the dogpile.

Kudos to Yoship and the devs for delivering when they said they were going to do something about it. The change is great.

I don't think forcing cross world statics to go to dynamis which takes about 10-20 mins is a good change.
Also Trapping People in Dynamis after raid is done is not a good change either. There are some people who have FCs and retainers in other data centers they need to get to but can't cause they are stuck.
