I can empathize with that being frustrating in the short term. If it's due to a bug, I'm sure it'll get fixed. If it's due to congestion, it'll work itself out. Not a big deal in the long run, and the long run is much healthier with this change than without. Unsurprisingly a lot of people can't see past their own nose when it comes to what's best for everyone in the game and not just themselves and their buddies.

This is a atrocish. Our static was forced to PF M1s today cause of how DC travel worked. They need to take the game down tonight and fix it.

I really hope this gets fixed soon. I am on Aether and the entire rest of my raid group is on Primal. I ended up costing our group nearly half of our raid time tonight because I was stuck in queues. This sucks.

Square Enix deserves to be cussed out for this debacle. Millions perhaps billions of dollars a year... and they messed up worse than End Walker with today.

Also VoidsendStatus its something that affects all players globally not just the American ones. I peaked in the japanese Forum and you find people describe the same problem. I play in Europe and I am stuck aswell. Its not just about Raiding Travel on American Data Centers.

I know. JP had a worse issue than Aether. They had Mana data center congested entirely, all 8 worlds, for like over a year. Elemental raiders apparently ran to Mana and flooded it, and even started hosting PF's excluding ppl from Elemental/English speakers from the more majority JP data centers. And RP/venues were more common on Elemental compared to the other data centers as well. Their raiding and venue community are going to have growing pains as well.

Seconding this. I didn't even know this was going on and I can't believe anyone is trying to run a static with cross dc at all right now. The people going into DC travel wont even reach their destination until maybe 40 minutes to 2 hours later. I'm still trying to get back to my home world clawing in the dirt. I want to be able to at least do something tonight in game.

Rather than angry posting, because missing out our first raid day definitely has me heated.

Simply, please fix. I don't want to transfer to aether but I will if it becomes a problem. If I am just stuck forever I don't mind taking another long break bordering on permanent.
