Description: There is an outstanding bug with Concitation when under the effect of Recitation the tooltip still shows the mana cost as 1000 mp. It should instead remove the mana cost similar to Adloquium. When Concitation is cast while under Recitation it works properly and does not consume mana in all but one specific condition. If I have less than 1000 mana and I try to use Concitation under the effect of Recitation, Concitation is grayed out and I am unable to cast the spell. It should allow me to cast it as Recitation removes the mana cost of the spell.
