I've said several times now... we get 60K WITHOUT a provisioner... last night in Aleport no provisoner =62K runs...

Again the point was just having a Top 3 provisioner should = more reward for the effort. Otherwise, we are better off NOT crafting/gathering mats and using that same time to run 1-2 more hamlets...we'd get the same results. Which is fine, we won't waste our time anymore provisioning the hamlets...but if more Mid-core people decide to do the same thing, the whole Hamlet stucture fails.

Having a level 2 hamlet RELIES on having large numbers of turn-ins...so those who turn-in should get a decent reward for the effort...the better the reward, the better the higher the numbers will be on turn ins=stable Hamlets Level 2 (or even higher when the higher ranked ones are introduced)

So fine, SE can keep it as is....as more LS's and people realize attempting to get a Top 3 position (or top 20) isn't worth their time, less will turn in...as less turn in Hamlets will drop to level 1 status. Then no one will get seals. Unless they go in the top 3....Catch 22 anyone?

Again, hats are nice...gear is nice...90% of the people doing hamlets would give up the hats for 1 seal. So yeah, most people doing turn-ins are after the seals...

That being said, after 13 runs with a top 3. Got like a crazy amount of Ebonknots and 2 seals...no gears. So we could go the whole 'where's my Cutter's Hat' arguement too if you'd like. But you'd probably tell me people who don't have the patience to grind top 3 provisioner for eons, don't have the right to wear it. But the person who got it on their first attempt as a top 3 on the first clear does...
