Had to create an account here and show support when I discovered the "Save Thancred" website. I love Thancred's iconic face since I've always felt it to be a bit cheeky but world-weary at the same time and seeing the changes the update made on him is disappointing

Obviously, the graphical updates were always bound to upset people despite its pros but also because of its cons. Still, I feel like the least they could do was try to retain the major NPCs looks the best they can which they did do with the other scions--except Thancred's. I don't see why they can retain their original features yet only change his :']

I think its valid to criticize this, especially since this is a game where people are paying to play. I really do hope the devs eventually acknowledge the issue and consider making the adjustments!

I'm sorry, but he really doesn't look the same! Here's a GIF; you can clearly see the differences in lip shape, nose shape, and even changes to the eyes. The lips are the biggest thing, I think.

I may have given up on my Hyur alts ever getting fixed, but Thancred must be restored! <3
