Hello! I have started seeing the same issues as well. I've tried everything listed, too, and have even reinstalled. Nothing else has been updated on the computer since this started happening.

I've been running borderless fullscreen, but I'm going to give regular fullscreen a shot for a while and see if it continues to happen. Would love to have it fixed for borderless, though.
