Could you provide the exact error message received? Did the behavior of the error change from any of the troubleshooting performed?
Are you running any additional programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
Does the issue occur with one character or multiple characters?
When the issue happens, is the PC over heating at all?

Does this issue occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?
Have you already moved the FINAL FANTASY XIV game files to the C: drive rather than the E: drive?
It appears that you may be using the Windows program 'OneDrive', please try disabling this program as it may be causing communication errors as it tries to sync your files.

Please specify which troubleshooting steps you may have already tried.
