May the stars light thy way.
Apparently it’s rocket science since you are keeping track how many times you talk to her lol
I find it fascinating how people will write their own fanfiction for Dawntrail to appeal exactly to what they want and then use that to defend Dawntrail's writing. I've seen this sort of thing a few times in the various FFXIV spaces I roam in. I could rewrite Dawntrail to be exactly what I wanted it to be too. That doesn't make what we got any good.Friendly nature of Wuk Lamat derives from Convocation of 14, she was one of them in past life, much like AMON, Fandaniel. Deudalalpon's Title is The Benevolent, Friendly Nature, even the name Deude/laphon if you break it down means in a way, resolve.
We are helping one of our own as Former Azem, helping Wuk Lamat as Former Deudelaphon find themselves. They are the Scion of Light. Duedelaphon quote in constellation capri-corn: May all know happiness, now and forevermore.
FWIW I love personal interpretations and fandom creations, but I'm really bothered when players just assert their own personal story ideas like they're canon to the story and world. Where did you get that Wuk Lamat and Deudalaphon are in anyway related or connected? You didn't, you made it up, and are now presenting it like that's what really happened in the game. You are connecting dots where none exist. It's totally fine if that's your personal theory, but that nowhere to be found in the game right now.
I'll give healer a try up until level 100. If I do not like it, I'm off the role, entirely. Was this what Yoshi P wanted for people like me? Did he assume we were too foolish to take any semblance of complexity? How could such an allegedly open developer act so dismissive towards his own players? The flavor of the jobs I loved so much throughout the franchise were mere husks of themselves. What was once a magical world peeled away to reveal a sterile room of four walls. No imagination, no challenge, only accessibility for the sake of it. I didn't feel welcomed, I felt betrayed.
Would that even be possible? I feel like it'd be forced and weird, idk. Should just leave her and the nerd cat to rule and move onto other things. We havent heard from Aymeric in how long now?? Same treatment. Which I kind of feel like is what they were going to do anyway-like, listen. I'm not too into the Wuk character either. Not my favorite, I prefer much firmer leaders. Not into all the sunshine rainbow stuff, that kind of stuff will always turn me off, so whether it was wuk or someone else, I would have grown sick of them anyway. So, it's not I care very much in either direction when it comes to Wuk. It's more like...this was just the beginning of an expansion. The beginning is always some kind of terrible reckoning, and then everything that follows is loosely in relation to that. We go on, we move past it, and then for the next expansion, we journey somewhere else. We get the next standard 6 zones (which I kind of feel like they're locking themselves in by having very very standard formats to everything now). Wuk for the most part should already be done. Will probably see her here and there, but will no longer be a major character. The worst is past us. If Aymeric disappeared after his arc was over, then so will Wuk. Doesnt need to die. Just needs to be replaced with the next person with a problem. Retired and left as an empty NPC that will give you one or two lines of dialogue if you walk up and click on them, which most likely won't.
That's what I don't get about all this. We all know how this game works, she'll be done having any meaningful role in the story by the second or third post-DT patch. I think Wuk Lamat was a pretty bad character for the devs to stake the whole expansion on but some of the obsession with seeing her die is pretty unnerving.
If the Millala came from Source in South Sea Isle, but gained the Relic from Azem passed down in history from same tribe who lived in isle Azem visited, as before the Sundering, Azem, who went to island with volcano testing fire spirits, there is Volcano in Living Memory named Asyle, which rooms are named the Speaker, this same faciility was not made by Millalas, it could be been on source or before sundering? May be the Relic created a Dynamis Barrier using emotions to survive the Sundering?
Aloha Speaker is much larger Aloha island dungeon who has Sun Symbolism, also depicts the World Tree, their Size would fit right in to what Lalafell would look like if they were before sundering when people were bigger like Ancients when we first see them before Emet made us bigger.
Azem may have saved descendants of Millala or learned from them arcane arts or may be were taught by Azem how to use arcane arts? Millala who then lived on same island after sundering, Before Allagan Empire came into existence, Millalas Lived in Source for Millennias until Calamity of Ice, with the Relic Went Back in Time thousands of years to age of Alexandrian then got caught in another Calamity of Lightning, after spending 1,000 years there, Krile Parents were born had baby with Echo, before turning into Endless, escaped temporarily through prototype portal, gave Cup & Krile with Earring to Galuf on Source 20 Years ago. There's massive time dilation before Prototype gate and cup, only difference from when Krile parents is there was aether keeping portals open that kept timeline same for WoL and Scions on Source keeping it open. Meanwhile on Source, Thousands years Prior Giants started having Dreams of Golden city, but at the time the stones were not glowing.
Again just a Theory.
