There is literally no other way to interpret this statement other than White > Yellow > Red > Rainbow for best to worst success rates.

One of the funny things about language and communication is that not matter how carefully and clearly we think we've written something, two people can read it and interpret the words in completely different ways.

Too often through discourse we are not really seeking the truth...

We are only seeking to confirm what we already think to be true.

If you wish to try, you can use skill for 'Ensures Great Success' on the different coloured orbs. You will see big difference in quality gain. Rainbow gives a lot more than White and even more than Red. It may not be written out as technical as desired to make sure there is no ambiguity, but give it a try and you will see.
