Mannequin System: will it have a shared "gear pool"?

It was mentioned that in ARR we are going to have the mannequin system for gear, which will basically save the gear for each class/ job. However, my question is, will I be able to use the same gear for multiple classes/ jobs(similar to what we have now)? OR will I have to acquire multiple of the same gear if I wanted to use them for multiple classes/ jobs?

If it was the latter, can you please make the classes and their respective jobs share the same gear?

I don't believe the mannequins will be locked to a certain class/job, so you don't have to worry about classes and jobs sharing mannequins. And you shouldn't have to worry about needing multiple pieces of gear as you should be able to place and remove gear from the mannequins at any time. You should think of them more as gear swap macros with inventory space, really. Of course this is all speculation on my part.
