Can we get actual mouseover put into the game?

Can we get actual mouseover built into the game where I can use it to heal instead of clicking on each person prior to the heal itself?

If this is not to much of an ask, it would be a great addition to the game imo.

You can use the mouseover option in Macros to do this. It's how I've been healing for the last 3 years.
