All you mentioned is scripted with no intelligence from boss side

Just make boss smarter and can act at his own with rage mechanic

I like the idea of a boss using its move randomly like they show them once then boom random could even add tank buster raidwide into those (could have a cooldown on tank buster and raidwide like can use it cap twice in a row)
