[7.0 Spoilers] Minor NPC Giving Spoiler Dialogue Too Early In World State

Steps:
1. Complete the Main Scenario Quest "Knowing the Hanuhanu" (but have not finished the quest "A Premium Deal")
2. Speak with U'ulihali
3. Select "What kind of place is this?" dialogue option
4: U'ulihali will speak about Ok'hanu as though the player has completed the Main Scenario in 7.0 (I assume, having not progressed any further in the Main Scenario than partway through the Pelupelu level 90 quests).

Dialogue reads as follows:

U'ulihali: You helped us bring the reeds back to life, didn't you? Of course, if there's anything you need from U'ulihali, I am at your disposal!
U'ulihali: Ok'hanu means “our village” in the Hanu tongue─a simple-but-fitting name.
U'ulihali: The larger region Ok'hanu lies within is called Uyuyub', meaning “grove of eggs.” As you might have guessed, we Hanu hatch from eggs, and the moment we emerge from our shells, we are as one with nature.
U'ulihali: Now that the rite of succession is over and the reeds sprout majestic once again, we must work to see this nation prosper. It's the least we can do to repay the Dawnservants.
