Female Roth hats simply don't show up on my head (but goggles/eyewear does show up). Any fix to this and are the devs aware of this issue?

There is no fix for this and hats not showing up on fem hroth (and male hroth, fem/male viera) is, for now, intentional sadly. They definitely are aware, and, correct me If I'm wrong, Yoshi P stated in a recent interview that they are "working on it".

He also said that it would happen over the course of Shadowbringers. 5 years later they've not only not made old hats compatible, but new hats are also not compatible and don't have extra geometry to accommodate miqo'te/elezen/lalafell ears.

I'd also like to mention that we're seeing more and more hats clip with Au'ra horns as time goes on.
