Remove Class-locks from Glamours

Personally I see no reason to lock gear from being glamoured on classes that cannot equip them. Main-hands/off-hands of course not (would be funny though), but all the rest of the left and right side gear should be freely glamoured. Much of the time glamour slots are taken up by identical pieces that are restricted to different roles. I'm particularly annoyed by the crafter/gatherer specific gear since there's no way I'm going to dedicate 12 slots just to those classes when I also play many of the battle classes, and I'm already pushing the limit of items in my glamour dresser. I don't think this affects job fantasy at all as there is class-free plate armor, magic robes, swimsuits, mascot costumes, etc.

Less importantly, I'd like to glamour one-handed thaumaturge (and conjurer) rods over the two-handed ones. My inferno cudgel is useless...

It is often said there is a technical obstacle that prevents the team from simply doing this across the board, but I would definitely want more all-class glamour re-releases of gear in the same way as the Sky Pirate replica sets. Repping the Vanguard dungeon sets has become a constant activity for me because of how much I want an all-class version of those sets.

I just want a nice-looking doctor or scientist out for my healers, and the Wake doctor outfit doesn't count, I have the original alchemist artifact gear in my glamour drawer because it looked so damn good, and I want my healer to wear the same thing.

Just remove the job/class restriction when the item is inside the glamour dresser, that can't be so hard to change.
The job restriction is only there for balance reasons.

100% agreed! That said, I recommend boosting this, the currently biggest and most active thread on the topic, that way it's (supposedly) more likely to reach the devs
