EnMasse was only for NA and they were replaced by Gameforge, who despite reputation, was running TERA much better than EnMasse did and it continued. Gameforge wanted to continue hosting it but had to respect Bluehole decision to shut it down. While Bluehole never stated a reason, it is suspected that the Lawsuit with NCsoft and failure of other projects (other than PUBG) had basically left them unable to afford to continue support.

I was employed by Gameforge back then (2010-2012) and had access to their internal irc channels. Gameforge wasn't allowed to do anything without Bluehole signing it off first, we only had one correspondent to even get in contact with KR and thus everything went incredibly slow.

Gameforge isn't an amazing publisher but everything that went wrong with Tera EU is on Bluehole.

I have my own experience with a LOT, and i mean A LOT of Krmmo... They always end up a disapointing mess of unbalance, of horrible farming, of FOMO and of P2W.
